Internship Year
The Forge Internship is an exciting year for missional leaders who want to commit to a local missional project, be trained through intensives and supported regularly by a mentor-coach. This year will challenge your thinking, hone your skills and develop your missional character for the future.
Here’s what Adelaide Forge Interns have said about their experience:

"The Forge internship enabled me to engage and wrestle with the questions of mission with others who were on a similar journey. It helped me critique the institutionalised church that I am a part of and begin to envision new ways to be missional. I was able to share what I was learning with other colleagues and become a catalyst for change in the church I work in. As a result of this we plan to plant some new missional communities based in houses in 2008." NOEL KLUGE

“The aspect of the internship that I appreciate the most is the opportunity to reflect with my coaches. My experience as a person who starts new things is that it can be a lonely road, so it’s been great to share my journey with others who get what I’m talking about, toss in thought-provoking questions, help me chew over the things I’m wrestling with, encourage and support my experiments, and are as excited as I am that just two-thirds of the way through the internship a little community of new believers has already emerged.” MERYL GEMO
